Pool Recoating — EcoFinish & Refibre
Recoating the pool with Eco finish in Grey Reef. Sand and prepare the pool for resin coating. Apply three layers of polyester resin. Apply a layer of epoxy coating. Apply three layers of Eco finish coating in GREY REEF.
Product in stock. Pool walls need to be levelled first, then pool prepped and fibreglass applied. Fibre and powder must be after coping stones are laid.
Pool Pipework Replacement
Changing of pipework in swimming pool. Also run drainage pipes in the trenches for proper drainage.
Pipework complete. Drainage status being evaluated.
Terrace — Pebbletone/Resin Alpine Granite
1. Removal of existing tiles. 2. Preparing surface with concrete grinder to level and put in falls. 3. Removal of water feature. 4. Sealing terrace with epoxy coating. 5. Application of Pebbletone alpine granite to lower patio area.
Border Tiles Around Garden Area
Border tiles around garden area. Remove old tiles and make good.
Removing old ones as part of lifting floor tiles.
Shower Installation (labour)
Fitting of shower. Price includes taking feed from garden hose, cutting into wall and making good, making a drain, fitting and plumbing in of shower.

Coping Stones — Replaces Original Edging Tile Spec (Same Price)
Same cost as the original quote for small edging tiles. With traditional coping stone material, the material costs are cheaper; however, significantly more labour is involved. This quote includes removing the large concrete overhang all the way around the pool to ensure the walls are vertical, levelling the walls and floor to create a proper 90-degree edge for the coping stones to be laid on. Coping stones measured, ordered, delivered and installed.

Pool pipes changed to upgraded specification from original quote.

Hot Tub Electrical Installation
Install electric supply and fuse box for hot tub near heater area.
Pump Room to Heater Channel — Drainage, Water & Electrical Duct
Dig channel from pump room to pool heater enclosure. Install drainage, fresh water supply with tap, and electrical duct. Reinstate ground on completion. Price TBC.
Chimney Modification
Shorten chimney, fit 90-degree elbow, vent through side of wall housing.
Gate Painting
Paint gate.
Pump Room Lid - Supply and Installation
Supply and installation of new pump room entrance lid. Lid sourced and delivered. Installation price TBC.
Terrace Step Tiles — Trim, Render and Tile
Trim down bottom step, remove old tiles, re-render steps in concrete, supply and fit new tiles. To be completed after terrace resin.
Terrace Concrete Repair
Break out hollow and damaged sections of terrace concrete and replace with new concrete. Work completed ~27 Mar 2026.
